PH38996: SQLCODE = 4726 ON A LOADER JOB

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When ZPARM AUTH_COMPATIBILITY=SELECT_FOR_UNLOAD is active and
  the submitting user of HALOAD job does not have SELECT privilege
   but has EXPLAIN privilege on the target table the HALOAD job
  would report a warning message SQLCODE = 4726 and continue with
  the LOAD.
