PH38881: INVALID VALUE IN SOCHROU1 INBOUND SOCKETS CHARACTERS SENT COUNT

Error description

• A CICS PA report ran against SMF110 records, showed the value
  for the 'Inbound Sockets characters sent count', SOCHROU1, was
  an invalidly large number in CICS TS 5.6.

  SOCHROU1.  This value is derived from TRANSFER_COUNT ( which is
  reported in SO 0202 and SO 0802 trace entries ) and may also
  contain an invalid value.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSOSE has been modified to correctly calculate TRANSFER_COUNT
  and in doing so, monitoring field SOCHROU1 will also be correct.
