  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend S0C4 at EYU9XDDA+13CA or          *
  *                      EYU0ABI0+4cc. Location is dependent on  *
  *                      the data being processed.               *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes 2 distinct problems.
  
  1) EYU9XDDA maintains a list of message buffers to be written
  to the output data set at various points in the run. It
  maintains a pointer to the last message. When the message
  buffers are freed this pointer is not reset and can result in
  the program accessing storage it does not own.
  This can have various consequences such as S0C4 abends.
  
  2) When EYU9XDDA encounters an error on a CPSM API command it
  issues an EXEC CPSM FEEDBACK to give more information about the
  error. Unfortunately it does not acquire storage for the
  FEEDBACK output, resulting in an S0C4-4 in EYU0ABI0 attempting
  to write to low storage.

Problem conclusion

• EYU9XDDA has been modified to correctly clear last message
  storage pointer when the storage it points to is released.
  EYU9XDDA will acquire storage for the FEEDBACK command output
  if required.
