APAR status

Error description

  • Description:
    When importing data from Reg-Track, all the date field values
    coming in from the Reg-Track JSON feed are being saved to
    OpenPages with a value 1 day prior to the actual value of the
    date field in the JSON.
    
    Workaround:
    Not found
    
    Prerequisites:
    A)	OpenPages with solutions installed
    
    B)	Reg-Track connector configured
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1.	Log into OpenPages
    2.	At the top-left side, click the principal menu icon >
    Regulatory Compliance > Reg-Track Regulatory Events
    3.	Click Start Import
    4.	Once Import is complete, go to Regulatory Compliance ->
    Reg-Track Regulatory Events and click on a RegEvent
    5.	Scroll down to the "Key Dates" section
    6.	Notice all the dates are 1 day less than what the actual
    dates should be
    
    Expected Results:
    Dates from Reg-Track should not be modified when imported
    
    Actual Results:
    All the dates from Reg-Track are 1 day less in OpenPages
    
    Error Message:
    Not found

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed issue when Importing RegTrack data and saving to OP. Date
    Fields (ReportIssue, RuleDate, and EffectiveDate) were all being
    shifted back by 1 day.
    
    Customers should download OpenPages with Watson 8.2 Fix Pack 4
    (8.2.0.4). See the following document for details on obtaining
    OpenPages 8.2.0.4:
