  *                 b: attempting to DISTRIBUTE to a log stream  *
  *                    in batch mode.                            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: a. After a refresh, the WHERE clause is *
  *                         being ignored.                       *
  *                      b. A batch collect distributing data to *
  *                         a log stream gets an ABEND U0002.    *
  *                         DRLDUMP shows this as a S0C4         *
  *                         Program Check 4 (protection)         *
  *                         In module DRLPLOGC offset 00001850.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  a. During the refresh, the structure containing the WHERE
     clause was freed.
  b. The batch collect is attempting to close an input
     log stream that has not been opened.
  

Problem conclusion

• a. The free of the WHERE clause is moved outside the refresh
     loop.
  b. Do not attempt to close a input log stream in batch mode.
