Error description

• This PTF fixes the following [internal] issues:
  
  1) ISPF Dialog Error "ADDPOP service error - Consecutive ADDPOP
  services without a panel display"
  can occur when attempting to set up an Autonomic build and
  selecting a Maintenance Window.
  2) Panel HAA$ALRT - When results were gained via "*" in Target
  Qualifier/Object fields, PF3 (to exit)
  takes an excessive amount of time.
  3) Exception MVSCATALOG.PERCENT_USED is not being calculated
  when PREVIEW_EXCP_REPORT is YES.
  4) Various Improvements for Archive and History objects:
  a. Archive or History objects can be generated incorrectly when
  the Archive or History keyword is specified on a partitioned
  base TS.
  b. Eliminate possible duplicate Archive or History keyword
  c. Wildcard objects for History and Archive can be processed
  incorrectly.
