  *                 for Z hardware and wish to report on their   *
  *                 usage of this feature.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IBM Z Performance and Capacity          *
  *                      Analytics does not report on MSU usage  *
  *                      in relation to a tailored fit hardware  *
  *                      agreement. Additional temporary MSU is  *
  *                      not included in CP_CPU_LPAR tables.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *

  Tailored fit hardware agreements are a new feature which has
  not previously been available. IZPCA does not report on
  these agreed levels, verses actual MSU usage. Temporary MSU
  increases due to capacity on demand being activated have not
  been included in the CP_CPU_LPAR tables.

• IZPCA is enhanced to add new tables and reports which show the
  agreed purchased MSU level and activated MSU level against the
  actual MSU measured.
  New exception has been added to alert users to the fact
  that an hourly charge has been incurred.
  IZPCA is enhanced to add a ADD_TEMP_MSU column to CPU LPAR
  tables to show additional temporary MSU.
