  1. If Query Monitor and Guardium S-TAP for Db2 have different
  versions of shared modules and products are recycled several
  times, an ABEND0C4-4 may occur in module CQM#SSMN+X'4FBC'.
  2. Routine CQCISMAX in Query Monitor attempted to issue the
  CQM1205 message using WTO SVC. CQCISMAX did not check that it
  was working in SRB mode, so the WTO SVC abends with an S0F8.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic was improved to detect shared modules versions
  mismatch more accurately.
  2. Logic was changed to use another form of WTO which works
  in both TCB and SRB modes.
