Error description

• Automation Tool generates a SYSTEMPL DD - which references a
  data set where template(s) are defined.  Additionally, it
  generates an options statement as OPTIONS TEMPLATEDD
  SYSTEMPL - which can incorrectly override previous OPTIONS
  statements.  Since the SYSTEMPL DD is defined in the JOB step
  via a DD, the OPTIONS TEMPLATEDD SYSTEMPL is unnecessary and
  is being removed.
