  * USERS AFFECTED: All IBM Z Performance and Capacity           *
  *                 Analytics users who wish to stream off       *
  *                 platform to ELK and improve performance      *
  *                 of Reports in ELK (7.14).                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The IBM Z performance and Capacity      *
  *                      Analytics Elk reports do not work       *
  *                      with ELK release 7.14.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics ELK reporting
  requires enhancements to the following report groups:
  1) Capacity Planning - CPU Reports causing performance issues
     due to filtering solution currently implemented.
  2) Software Cost Analysis - Smart Path Reports causing
     issues due to filtering solution currently implemented.
  3) Analytics and Exceptions - Tailored Fit Pricing Reports
     require enhancements to align with ELK functionality
  4) Key Performance Metrics - Require date and time and must
     align with ELK Filtering Standards
  5) All landing pages require to improve consistency
  6) Require a new standard default Index Pattern
  7) ELK 7.14 Support

     sourcing filters from the base table to improve performance.

     have been enhanced to align with ELK functionality.
  4) Key Performance Metrics - to include a date and time and
     align with ELK Filtering Standards
  5) All landing pages have panel text fixed and are consistent
  6) izds_cp_cpu_cec_mv is now the default Index Pattern
  7) All Reports tested with ELK 7.14
