Error description

• When a table is defined with PARTITION BY
  (DB2_GENERATED_ROWID_FOR_LOBS ASC) or
  (DB2_GENERATED_ROWID_FOR_LOBS DESC), DDL or GEN
  does not include the DB2_GENERATED_ROWID_FOR_LOBS
  clause.
