  *                         encountered after xxx records on     *
  *                         file DRLLOG.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  1. The CICS record procedure tried to write a record to DRLNDICT
     using 24-bit QSAM but passed the record in a 31-bit buffer.
  2. If the last record in a VBS file is spanned, the code that
     reassembles the record expects a record to follow.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes are done:
  1. Data in a 31-bit buffer is copied to a 24-bit buffer for the
     QSAM write.
  2. Detection of the end of buffer after a spanned record has
     been corrected.
