  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Here is a list of Db2ZAI enhancements                        *
  * and fixes in this APAR:                                      *
  * - SQL optimization feature                                   *
  * enhancements:                                                *
  *  i. Added a new filtering enhancement                        *
  * for the SQL optimization dashboard to                        *
  * make it easier to filter packages and                        *
  * statements.                                                  *
  *  ii. Enhanced access path history                            *
  * details.                                                     *
  * iii. Improved the SQL scope setting                          *
  * page to make it easier to add a single                       *
  * package to scope or to add all static                        *
  * packages under a collection to scope,                        *
  * and also improved the package search                         *
  * feature.                                                     *
  * - System assessment feature                                  *
  * enhancements:                                                *
  *  i. Fixed the issue with System                              *
  * Assessment plots where the plots were                        *
  * not rendered correctly if the                                *
  * statistics timestamps from multiple                          *
  * members in a data sharing group were                         *
  * not matching to within a second of                           *
  * each other.                                                  *
  *  ii. Adjusted several internal                               *
  * exception detection algorithms based                         *
  * on our experience with assessments,                          *
  * using statistics data from multiple                          *
  * customers.                                                   *
  *  iii. Work Period user interface                             *
  * redesigned to make it easier and more                        *
  * intuitive to set up work periods based                       *
  * on workload windows.                                         *
  * - Optimized and resolved various                             *
  * performance issues reported by users.                        *
  *  - Added authentication support for                          *
  * the Db2ZAI Liberty API services using                        *
  * the JWT feature in Liberty.                                  *
  * - Enhanced the Db2ZAI Start button to                        *
  * also start the IFCID 318 trace along                         *
  * with the IFCID 365 and 402 traces.                           *
  * - Automated the starting of the IFCID                        *
  * 318, 365, and 402 traces when the                            *
  * target connection has ML started                             *
  * without the required traces.                                 *
  * - Enhanced the Db2ZAI service                                *
  * collection feature to allow users to                         *
  * specify a data time range for the                            *
  * collection of service documents for                          *
  * system assessment and system                                 *
  * assessment model training features.                          *
  * - Improved the accuracy and                                  *
  * performance of the current online and                        *
  * ML status of Db2ZAI connections by                           *
  * adding a new status called                                   *
  * 'Not available,' which is shown when a                       *
  * connection to Db2 cannot be made.                            *
  * - Added support for migration from                           *
  * Db2ZAI 1.4 to Db2ZAI 1.4 plus the                            *
  * PH38247 APAR level.                                          *
  * - Updated the code to remove and                             *
  * replace terms that have been                                 *
  * identified as promoting racial and                           *
  * cultural bias.                                               *
  * - Resolved missing user access grants.                       *
  * - Added High availability (HA)                               *
  * support for the Db2ZAI back end,                             *
  * SQL optimization, and Db2ZAI Liberty                         *
