PH38063: SYNCHRONIZE WITH TEMPLATE ACTION DROP DOWN ON RESOURCE TREE PAGEIS NOT SELECTING AFTER SCROLLING

Error description

• Steps to reproduce :
  
  1) Go to Resources tab
  2) Go to Resource Templates tab
  3) Create 60+ resource templates
  4) Go to Resource Tree tab and create a resource called "Res1"
  5) Go to Res1 and click on actions
  6) Click on "Synchronize with Template"
  7) Now ,scroll to around 50th template on list - drop down
  doesn't register that 50th template selected.
