  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Continuous Collector must be        *
  *                      stopped and restarted to perform a      *
  *                      refresh of the definitions and          *
  *                      lookup tables.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  It is not possible to refresh the definitions and lookup
  tables while the Continuous Collector is running.
  
  The Continuous Collector code has been updated to allow the
  definitions and lookup tables to be refreshed without the need
  to stop and restart the Continuous Collector.
