The load balancer translated some keywords which should not have changed causing command line reports to display incorrectly and breaking automation depending on keywords.

During translation, some messages were retranslated incorrectly into different terms.
Problem conclusion
The changes to the messages were reviewed and only necessary changes were made. Unnecessary translation were reverted back to their original translation. Examples of the modified translation terms include the Japanese translation of the word "Primary" and the Japanese manager report header. Fix levels: 8.5.5.20 9.0.5.9
