PH38017: NEED TO CONFIG DEFAULT ADABAS TO DB2 DATE & TIMESTAMP

Error description

• ADABASINDATEFMT parameter set to DB2 has a hard coded value of
  1900-01-01, however customer may have defined DB2 date &
  timestamp fields with a default value,
  e.g.
  
  DATE_FIELD DATE NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT '1600-01-01'

  Default date parm with range:
  0001-01-01 to 9999-12-31
  
  Default timestamp with range:
  0001-01-01-00.00.00.000000000 to 9999-12-31-24.00.00.000000000
  
  Customer's need to be able to set the default ADABAS to DB2 date
  & timestamp within the supported range.
