PH38007: DB UPDATES NOT BEING APPLIED DUE TO THE LEAP SECONDS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When PITR RCVTIME is specified, DRF confirms dfsitimes(STCK) in
  IMS log, but dfsitimes(STCK) is not adjusted with CVTLSO. There
  are leap seconds gap in PITR RCVTIME at the environment where
  leap seconds are considered and this presents a problem when
  jobs requiring specific time precision are run.

  When PITR RCVTIME is specified, DRF confirm dfsitimes(STCK) in
  IMS log, but dfsitimes(STCK) is not adjusted with CVTLSO.
  There are leap seconds gap in PITR and TSR of RCVTIME at the
  environment where leap seconds are considered and DRF must be
  changed to adjust timestamp by leap second with CVTLSO.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXVSTA0 is modified to add any leap seconds to timestamp of
  RCVTIME.
