  1. Query Monitor logic based on an assumption that distributed
  threads would have only PLANNAME = DISTSERV.
  2. ABEND0C4-3B in an attempt to set a parallel flag in the
  parent's work block for a child thread.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic updated to be use published Db2 flags.
  2. Logic updated to set parallel flag correctly.
