• Batch Monitor reports may contain incorrect information for
  fields derived from the Monitor Extension section of the IMS
  SLOG record.

  the IMS SLOG record.
  

Problem conclusion

• Batch Monitor records were not correctly reformatted prior
  to delivery to the IMS PA report processors with fields
  in the extension section not at the correct offset,
  resulting in invalid data in Monitor reports. APAR PH37868
  corrects the extension field formatting.
