Error description

• Purge of a task while it is taking a transaction dump leads to
  mishandled BSAM I/O by doing a new Write while the prior Write
  is in progress.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS abends AKEB in DFHDSDS3 whilst     *
  *                      writing a transaction dump.             *
  ****************************************************************
  Whilst writing a dump to the transaction dump dataset, a CICS
  region which has the XDUOUT GLUE active abends with code
  A00/AKEB in module DFHDSDS3. This is because if a deferred abend
  is encountered when calling the CICS dispatcher DFHDUIO allows a
  BSAM write to be issued before the previous write of transaction
  dump data has completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHDUIO has been amended so that WRITEs to the transaction dump
  data set are checked for completion before continuing in this
  error case.
