PH37663: CRASH ON BACKUP LOAD BALANCER

Error description

• When using NAT forwarding with replication, the backup load
  balancer may crash. The crash stack will show the function
  _lbha_handlereprecords near the top of the stack.

  When the load balancer is forwarding multiple NAT connections,
  a concurrency problem may occur which corrupts data in the
  replication record sent to the partner load balancer. The
  replication record will contain an invalid port number. When
  the backup load balancer processes the replication record, a
  crash will occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the code so that the backup load balancer does not
  crash when invalid replication records received.  Also
  corrected NAT processing concurrency such that the replication
  record is not corrupted.
