However, the final two (Start Time and Request ID) are not currently in the String that is returned.
Problem conclusion
A code update has been made to properly return all documented fields with the getJobDetails API. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.12.
