Closed as new function.
Error description
This modification will check to determine if the 64K HIOP buffer size is defined in the IMS control region during IMS initialization. If the 64K HIOP buffer size is not defined, we'll issue a message and continue processing normally. QCF requests HIOP buffers that are larger than 32K each time an IMS Queue Control Facility function is executed. For a performance benefit, it is recommended that the 64K HIOP buffer be defined. We will also add a topic about replacing the HIOP buffer definitions to the QCF User's Guide. This change came about due to IMS APAR/PTF PH30072/UI73919 that adds 64K buffers to the default.

Temporary fix
Comments
While the IMS control region is being started, QCF checks whether a 64 KB HIOP buffer is defined. If not, it issues warning message IQC6221W, and the startup processing continues.
