  running CHCMDMUT Utility fails with CHC0100W, SQLCODE=100,
  diagnostic information is (mdmVerifySetupInput;1,946)

  *                      running CHCMDMUT has the possibility to *
  *                      fail with CHC0102E, SQLCODE=-601.       *

  The CHCMDMUT Utility fails with SQLCODE=100 or SQLCODE=-601 when
  certain conditions are satisfied.
