Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool.
  
  When transferring ownership of a table and appending or altering
  partitions in the same compare, it's possible that statements
  get incorrectly written into the CHG file, such that an ALTER
  TABLE ADD PARTITION statement gets partially overwritten by the
  TRANSFER OWNERSHIP statement.
  
  For example:
  
  
    TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF
      ADD PARTITION ENDING AT (MAXVALUE) ;
