APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On Db2 SSID with zparm setup with SCCSID=8482, MCCSID=1390,
  MIXED=YES, loader job may fail with the following message,
  
  HLOU5720I AQT20121E The load request failed because the
  following error occurred: "AQT10515E: The external load ut
  HLOU5720I ility function "hloucbld" ended with return code "8"
  and the following error message: "HLOU5920E ICONV FA
  HLOU5720I ILED. TARGET CCSID: 8482 REASON 0, EDC5000I Nð Á±±ð±
  ðÄÄ¡±±ÁÀ.". Context: "Unload callback for callerid=<caller id
  info>
  HLOU5720I , callbackId=<callback id>, table=<table name>.,
  part=1, pipe=<pipe name>
  
  The above issue is resolved in an external Load with IDAA_ONLY
  or IDAA_DUAL and in a HALOAD loader job.
