Error description

• When a TEMPLATE statement specifies the SUBSYS option but does
  not specify at least one of the LRECL and RECFM mandatory
  options, the error is reported by the following messages.:
   INZU039E FATAL SYNTAX ERROR BEFORE LINE line COLUMN col
   INZU366I UTILITY RETURN CODE 8 (REASON CODE 0x107a002)
   that do not give enough details to locate the error.
