Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues related to REST services:
  
  1) On panel ADB21RS ('REST Services'), options "F - Free
  service", "B - Bind REST service", and "CRE - Create
  REST service" fail on a subsystem that does not support
  versioning.
  
  2) On panel ADB21KF ('Free Service'), two extra fields are shown
  when revisiting the panel, and a FREE PACKAGE command may be
  generated instead of a FREE SERVICE command.

  *                      instead of a FREE SERVICE command.      *

  On panel ADB21RS ("Rest Services"), option "F - Free service"
  can result in an error when the version field is empty.
  Option "B - Bind REST service" and "CRE - Create REST service"
  also fail when creating a new service in a subsystem that does
  not support versioning, because the version field is required.
  With this APAR applied, "F - Free service" is functional
  on subsystems that do not support versioning, and users are able
  to use panel ADB21RSB, "B - Bind REST service" and "CRE - Create
  REST service" options with no errors on subsystems that do not
  support versioning.  On panel ADB21KF ("Free Service"), the
  extra fields when revisiting the panel have been removed, and a
  FREE SERVICE command is correctly generated instead of a
  FREE PACKAGE command.

• The problem has been resolved.
