  *                 Analytics who use the Forecaster.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The IBM Z Performance and Capacity      *
  *                      Analytics Forecaster has the following  *
  *                      issues:                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1.Message DRLJ0235E is misleading       *
  *                      and is issued multiple times.           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2.Forecast is stopping after reading    *
  *                      500,000 records from Db2.               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3.Forecasts are failing when there are  *
  *                      insufficient data points.               *
  *                                                              *
  *                      4.The provided forecasts for LPAR data  *
  *                       need an additional query clause.       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      5.No message is issued for a            *
  *                      successful forecast.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  The IBM Z Performance and Capacity Analytics Forecaster has
  the following issues:
  
  1.Message DRLJ0235E is misleading as it is not an error message.
  It was also being displayed multiple times.
  
  2.Forecasts were not being made if there were less than 4
  data points,
  
  3.The check to prevent packets from becoming too large was not
  reset to 0 at the correct stage.
  
  4.The query clause LPAR_NO=FROM_LPAR_NO was not present in all
  the LPAR forecasts.
  
  5.No message is issued for a successful forecast.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following has been changed in the IBM Z Performance and
  Capacity Analytics Forecaster:
  
  1.DRLJ0241E and DRLJ0235E become informational messages
  DRLJ0241I and DRLJ0235I.DRLJ0235I will print when there is an
  error and display the unique packet details. DRLJ0241I will
  indicate a successful forecast.
  
  2.Check to prevent packets from becoming too large is set at
  the correct stage.
  
  3.When there is only 1 data point present,the forecasting
  algorithm will be changed to mean.  When there are only 2 or 3
  data points, the forecasting algorithm will be changed to
  linear.
  
  4.Query clause LPAR_NO=FROM_LPAR_NO Has been added to all
   LPAR forecasts.
  
  5.The InputJDBC stage has been modified to store the unique
  fields of the query in that packet for the modified DRLJ0235I
  and DRLJ0241I messages.
