PH37229: normal completion code despite output dataset allocated by TEMPLATE not catalogued

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The unload step completes with a completion code less than 8
  although an output dataset allocated through a TEMPLATE
  statement could not be cataloged.
  
  In some cases, Db2 HPU detects the cataloging issue but unduly
  issues no error message.
  
  In other cases, Db2 HPU does not detect the cataloging error and
  only detects the subsequent error that occurs when attempting to
  free the concerned output dataset, in which case it issues the
  following message:
  INZI331E FREE OF DDNAME ddname FAILED,
  RC=rc, REASON=0x reason
  SVC99 MESSAGES ARE REPORTED IN JESMSGL CARD
  but unduly does not end with a completion code of 8.
  
  These errors can lead to an incorrect content of the output
  dataset. For example, if the output dataset which allocation is
  requested on tape through a TEMPLATE statement already exists,
  this lead to a NOTCATLG2 error. The unloaded data is unloaded in
  the not cataloged dataset
