Error description

• (HPU 5.1 only) After the fix for APAR PI94890/PB52199 has been
  applied, the output field unloaded for the NULL values of a
  target column unduly contains a non NULL value instead of being
  empty.
  This occurs if all the following conditions are fulfilled :
  - the data is unloaded in DELIMITED format
  - the NULLVAL '' option is specified'
  - a REFORMAT or INTO clause requests the LENGTH MAX attribute
  for the affected field
  - the VUU078/ULNULLFL is set either to DELIMITED_EMPTY_STRING or
  to UNDELIMITED_EMPTY_STRING
  The unexpected content of the output field depends on its data
  type. For example, blanks for a character field and 0 for a
  numeric field.
