Problem conclusion

  • A change was made to not show the Settings menu if there were no
app permissions for anything that was on the Settings menu.
However, in 8.2.0.2, access to the FastMap menus was based off
of having access to the FastMap reports, not from an app
permission. We updated the check to also show the menu if the
    FastMap reports are available.

Customers should download OpenPages 8.2.0.2 Interim Fix 2 from
Passport Advantage. See the following document for details on
obtaining OpenPages 8.2.0.2 Interim Fix 2:

    fix-2

NOTE: This issue is fixed in the 8.2.0.2 Interim Fix 2, and
also fixed in our upcoming fixpack on the 8.2 stream.
