  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an exclude specification that is   *
  *                      not in the catalog is specified with CM *
  *                      batch parameters, the error message     *
  *                      does not include the name of the        *
  *                      exclude specification.                  *

  When running compare by using CM batch, if a non-existing
  exclude specification is provided by parameters
  GEN_EXCLUDE_OWNER and GEN_EXCLUDE_NAME, the resulting error
  message ADB9013E reports that an exclude specification was not
  found in the catalog, but the message does not include the name
  of the exclude specification.
