Error description

• Message DRL0395W is being issued incorrectly after the starting
  block ID has been correctly validate.
  
  Logstream data sets are not freed after they have been read
  and marker as freeable.

  *                      b. Pending logstream data sets are not  *

  a. Message DRL0395W is being issued even when the correct
     restart point for the logstream has been located.
  b. When the logstream fills, the data overflows to
     logstream data sets until it can be read. Once read the
     data sets become eligible to be freed. However they are
     currently not being freed as expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• a. The conditions under which the message DRL0395W was being
     incorrectly issues have been corrected.
  b. The logstream being read by the Continuous Collector is now
     closed and reopened once an hour. This enable the overflow
     data sets to be released.
