Error description

• A series of OPENs and COMMITS within very long running
  distributed or RRSAF threads that remain active for long
  periods of time can result in a build up of memory over time.
  LOGRECS SYSTEM ABEND CODE: 00C4 ABEND REASON CODE: 00000010 +0C2
   in CQCMSCLN after startup.
