  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to the  *
  *                      REST services panel (ADB21RS) and       *
  *                      introduces a new panel(ADB21RSB).       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Users are now able to create and bind   *
  *                      a new REST service and view the         *
  *                      SQL statement that is generated for a   *
  *                      REST service.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  New line commands are added to ADB21RS, and a new panel is
  added to allow the creation and binding of a REST service:
  
  'RS' is now a valid line command on the Packages panel (ADB21K),
  allowing users to navigate directly to the specific REST service
  from ADB21K.
  
  'B/CRE' is now a valid line command on ADB21RS, allowing users
  to bind and create a REST service.
  
  'SQ' is now a valid line command on ADB21RS, allowing users to
  see the SQL statement of the REST service.
  
  A new panel ADB21RSB has been added, allowing users
  to create/bind a REST service with multiple different
  parameters. The panel generates a statement and executes
  based off parameters entered. Users will be able to see
  the exact statement generated after executing.
