Error description

• IMS DB Reorg Expert provides the following new features:
  - Output the blocking JOB name and PSB name
  - If AUTHFAIL=WTOR is specified, when a DB auth error occurs and
    RETRY is returned for the WTOR message, /DBD or /DBR is
    automatically issued
  - If AUTHFAIL=WTOR is specified, when a DB auth error occurs and
    CANCEL is returned for the WTOR message, /STA is automatically
    issued

• 1. Reorg Expert will display the blocking JOB name and PSB name
     as a new message HPSG2108I following the HPSG2102I.
  2. Reorg Expert will automatically issue /DBD or /DBR command
     when AUTHFAIL=WTOR is specified and a DB authentication error
     occurs and RETRY is returned for the WTOR message.
  3. Reorg Expert will cause /START DB command to automatically
     issue when AUTHFAIL=WTOR is specified and a DB authentication
     error occurs and CANCEL is returned for the WTOR message.
     To use this feature, you must specify the new option FORCE in
     the STARTDB control statement.
     ex. STARTDB=YES,,FORCE
