Error description

• Application deployment is failing on Manual task and not showing
  respond option.
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  
  1. Create a component with name "Manual_component"
  2. Add one property "Man_env_pro_comp" with value
  "Man_env_pro_comp_value" on component's Environment Property
  Definitions . "Manual_component"  ->  configuration ->
  "Environment Property Definitions"
  3. Create a component process with name
  "Manual_component_process"
  4. Add "Manual Task" to process step and add property as below
  
  Name: "Manual_Task_component_Process_property"
  Label: Manual_Task_component_Process_property_select
  Type: Select
  Allowed Values*:
  ${p:environment/Man_env_pro_comp}
  a
  b
  c
  
  Default Value: ${p:environment/Man_env_pro_comp}
  
  5. Create a Application "ApplicationA" and create application
  process "AppProcA"
  6. Add component "Manual_component" to application
  6. In "AppProcA" process - add "Install Component" step for
  "Manual_component"
  7. Create Environment and necessary resource tree
  8. Start deployment
  
  Result: The step will fail with no output.
  
  Expected result : It should show button "Respond" and process
  should not fail.
