Error description
The cookies downloaded from the WebSphere Integrated Solutions Console are not configured with the 'Secure' and 'HttpOnly' flag and the cookie path is set to '/'.

Problem conclusion
The console was only modified to add the Secure flag to the cookies. The cookies are used by javascript to open/close options on the navigation panel. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.9, 8.5.5.21.
