PH36346: FOPPDENG, FOPPDJPN, FOPPDLAT DDL CHANGES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Optim SFOPINST library members FOPPDENG, FOPPDJPN and FOPPDLAT
  provide JCL containing DDL to create the Tablespace and tables
  for the sample Data Privacy tables.  It does not include the
  statements needed to create a database in which to create the
  tablespace.
  
  Additionally, conversion errors in the form of duplicate key
  values may be produced during the DB2 Load step.

  Although DDL to create a target TABLESPACE was included in the
  samples the DDL to create a target DATABASE was not.
  
  Additionally, although the data being loaded is in UNICODE
  format the tables and tablespace DDL specifies EBCDIC which can
  cause conversion errors during the DB2 Load step.
  

Problem conclusion

• The sample DDL has been updated to create a target DATABASE and
  to create the tables and tablespace in UNICODE format.
