PH36231: WHEN USING ALT WITH CM, THE CM ENTRY SHOWS EXTRA SET CURRENT SQLID STATEMENTS

Error description

• When using ALT with Change Management, and specifying a RUN
  SQLID, the resulting CM change may include extra/duplicate SET
  CURRENT SQLID statements. For example:
  
  SET CURRENT SQLID = 'userid1'
  SET CURRENT SQLID = 'userid2'
  
  The second one is from the ALTER parameters:
  
   Run SQLID . . . . . . . . . . . . . . userid2   (Blank,
  an SQLID, or <NONE>)
  
  
  The first one is not needed.
