Error description
Post Processing Scripts created before 7.1.2 are not visible by anyone other than the System Admin. This makes it incredibly hard to modify the Post Processing Scripts to add existing teams to it. Furthermore, it is observed that loading the Post Processing Scripts list will create N new entries in sec_resource where N is the number of Post Processing Scripts that existed before the server upgrade.
