Error description

• LIU under the IMS Administration tool failed with FABX0508E
  DESERV FAILED WITH RC=000C AND RSN=0421. DD=IMSD0000.
  It is caused with the following conditions met.
  1.IMS V15 APAR PH31203/PTF UI74088 is applied to the IMS
  2.One of the following IMS Catalog and ACBLIB Management
  function of the IMS Administration tool is invoked:
  
      a. Catalog Space Analysis and DBD/PSB Summary Reports
         View DBD and PSB Summary Report
         View DBD Detail Report
         View PSB Detail Report
      b. DBD or PSB Comparison between IMS Directory and ACBLIB
      c. DBD or PSB Comparison between IMS Directories
      d. Compare Single Resource
  
  IMS APAR PH31203 fixes the IMS Catalog API FUNCTION=OPEN with
  DEFINITION=PENDING for opening multiple IMS catalogs.
  To fix the issue, the APAR PH31203 changes DD name to open the
  IMS directory staging data set.
  LIU under the IMS Administration tool should use new DD name for
  the IMS directory staging data set.

  *                      IMS directory staging data set.         *

  *                      called to decode DBD source in IMS      *
  *                      directory staging data set.             *

  *                      This is caused when IMS V15 APAR        *
  *                      PH31203/PTF UI74088 is applied to the   *
  *                      IMS.                                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  IMS V15 APAR PH31203/PTF UI74088 fixes the IMS Catalog API to
  resolve an OPEN error for DEFINITION=PENDING.
  To fix the issue, IMS APAR PH31203 changes DD name to open the
  IMS directory staging data set with DEFINITION=PENDING.
  
  LIU also should use this DD name to open the IMS directory
  staging data set with DEFINITION=PENDING.
  
  The following LIU function should use this DD name.
  - LICON utility of Integrity Checker utility when LICON utility
  processes members in the IMS directory staging data set.
  - LIU under IMS Administration Tool when user uses the
  following functions:
    1.Catalog Space Analysis and DBD/PSB Summary Reports
      View DBD and PSB Summary Report/View DBD Detail Report/View
      PSB Detail Report
    2.DBD or PSB Comparison between IMS Directory and ACBLIB
    3.DBD or PSB Comparison between IMS Directories
      Compare Single Resource
  - LIU under IMS Reorganization Expert V4.1 to decode the DBD
    source in the IMS directory staging data set.
  
  This APAR fixes LIU to use IMSDSTAG DD for the IMS directory
  staging data set when the IMS catalog API opens the IMS
  directory staging data set with DEFINITION=PENDING and IMS APAR
  PH31203/PTF UI74088 is applied to the IMS.
