  Message are:
  DRL1SQLX return code: 8
  SQL return code SQLCODE: -104
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR: ILLEGAL SYMBOL ",1". SOME
  SYMBOLS THAT MIGHT
  BE LEGAL ARE: ??( CONCAT || / MICROSECONDS MICROSECOND SECONDS

  The EXEC DRLEMTJS builds an SQL statement that is not
  valid when Db2 has specified decimal=comma.
  

Problem conclusion

• The EXEC DRLEMTJS has a SELECT construct that does not work
  in the Db2 decimal=comma environment.
  The following is the incorrect statement:
  SELECT CHAR(SUBSTR(STATEMENT,"i","l"))
  which is corrected by inserting a blank following each
  of the commas.
