APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a table is flagged for Diferential Refresh with a mode that
  includes "Log Differences", and the meta-data is contained in
  Universl Table Spaces, then the subscription will fail and
  message CHC0102E will be issued describing an SQL error with
  SQLCODE -646 and SQLSTATE 55017 in the SPOOLed output and in
  the Management Console Event Log.
  

Local fix

• Set the mode of Differential Refresh to Refresh Only.

  *                      table. This causes the subscription to  *
  *                      fail and message CHC0102E to be issued  *
  *                      with an SQL error of SQLCODE -646 if    *
  *                      the meta-data is contained in Universal *
  *                      Table Spaces.                           *

  Subscription fails with message CHC0102E being issued when the
  mode of Differential Refresh is either Refresh and Log
  Differences or Only Log Differences.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic was modified to create the log table in newly created
  table space.
