  *                      resource file expires June 5, 2021.     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The Java certificates used by the TEP browser and TEP webstart
  clients will expire June 5 2021.  You will start receiving
  an expired Java certificate warning unless you install
  application support files that have been signed with the
  renewed Tivoli Java certificate.

  and timestamp will expire on 2031-01-05
