Error description
With SDSF V2R3 and above, the default startup of the SDSF server does not attempt regsister with ARM (Automatic Restart Management) unless the ARM keyword is coded on the P= option in the SDSF proc or specified on the SDSF server startup command. This default is incorrect. After the fix for this APAR is applied, the default startup parameter will be set to "ARM".

Problem conclusion
The SDSF server has been updated to set the default startup option of ARM so that use the Automatic Restart Manager will be enabled.
