  The genAndReplaceCertificates task was failing to resolve the a
  keystores management scope when it is run in local mode causing
  the
  command to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• The task was modified to resolve the management scope of the ser
  when the genAndReplaceCertificates is run in local mode.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.
