* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
* Performance of query with recursive                          *
* CTE sometimes is not as expected when                        *
* offloaded to IBM Db2 Analytics                               *
* Accelerator V7.                                              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
* Apply corrective PTF when available                          *
****************************************************************
When query with recursive CTE is offloaded to IBM Db2 Analytics
Accelerator V7 and the performance is not as expected, the
offloading of recursive CTE to IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator V7
could be conditionally blocked.
